Bob is a Dedicated Provider of Toronto Locksmith Services
by ARIEL ROSEN
Bob Furlow is a devoted locksmith. He has been providing Toronto locksmith services for nearly 20 years. Hes a family man, believes in hard work and in providing excellent and honest service. Bob genuinely enjoys his job. His typical day starts at 06:00. He has a full breakfast, kisses his wife Jean goodbye, and drives downtown to the store in his pickup truck. He wears denim and work boats to work, because he never knows how the day will pan out, and that kind of attire is the most convenient. Typically he spends half of the day at the store and the other half out on call-outs.
At the store he opens up, and gets ready for the day, tidying the work surfaces, and putting locksmith equipment back in place. Im a great believer in keeping the store tidy, says Bob. It only takes ten minutes, but it makes all the difference when a customer wants a key cut in a hurry, and I dont have to run around looking for the tools.
Bob enjoys the variety the job brings, and he does enjoy going on call-outs. We provide a wide range of services, says Bob. One his favorite jobs as a Toronto locksmith is helping people who have been locked out of their apartments or vehicles. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to gain access to a property or vehicle in five or ten minutes, and diffusing a stressful situation for the client. People are careless when it comes to keys he says, and thats what Toronto locksmith services come in handy.
The trade has changed a lot over the years. Whereas once locksmiths were dealt only with mechanical components and keys, nowadays they are expected to know how to install electronic security devices. Bob has undergone training in the installation of a variety of electronic security systems, such as cameras, intercom systems, and alarm systems. My mission has always been to provide security for people, says Bob. So if they want sophisticated security devices, then that is what I will provide.
But in his heart he sees himself as an old fashioned Toronto locksmith. I am a great believer in giving customers a sense of security through the good old time-tested and trusted solutions, such as good quality locks on doors and windows, and good quality garage doors.
Bob believes that Toronto locksmith services will always be in great demand. I asked Bob if he wants his son to become a GTA locksmith. Its up to him, said Bob. Its a great profession, but Ill respect his choice. As for me, I will always be a Toronto locksmith C its what I love doing.
