Riding Texas: Rough
by BRAVO SEO
How would you like to experience Texas? Rough and tough? Or smooth and elegant? The Lone Star State offers a variety of attractions from historical museums to pristine beaches. You can even throw in some steer wrestling in between. Imagine hiring one of the finest limo rentals Houston, Texas has to offer. Sweet, huh? How about experiencing the great outdoors with a whiff of fresh air and a little horseback riding? Can I hear you say heeyaa?
Now, let's begin our tour with its largest city, Houston. Feeling fishy? Then head to the Downtown Aquarium! Before you say boring, hear me out first. To be honest, going to an aquarium to see a class of fish doesn't really strike me as exciting---hungry is more like it. Think tank---dining inside a tank, that is. They provide under water fine dining at its best. With that said, you may opt to get a limo service in Houston, Texas for an elegant trip from start to finish. Anyway, other than the little fish and the predators of the deep, it is the underwater dining that pulls me in to take a dive in Downtown Aquarium. From the deep, we'll be flying to infinity and beyond---to Johnson Space Center. The weightlessness, oh the sheer weightlessness. That's what I look forward to. Entertaining and educational---the perfect combination yet few can brew the right amount. Also, they present a line of interactive displays, kids and adult alike would really find this amusing. They also provide overnight space camps. When mom and dad are away, the kids can play and learn, too. Just remember to pick the them up the next day. Ok? Ok. Bored stiff? You want rodeo? Pig racing? Steer wrestling? Then Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo is the event for you. Said event starts from late February to early March. I think this year it will begin on the 3rd of March until the 22nd. So if you prefer the rough and tough as compared to a limo services Houston Texas locals will adore, then this is your crowd.
Second stop, the State Capital: Austin. Home of the feisty Grammy winner, Dixie Chicks. This is my personal opinion by the way. Anywho, with the slogan The Live Music Capital of the World, Austin cradles Grammy winning musicians like Willie Nelson, Shawn Colvin and of course, the Dixie Chicks. This only proves that the abovementioned is not merely a statement, it is a fact. If I'm not mistaken, in Austin, you can find a place that plays live music on any given night. From theaters to bars and everything in between, if you want music just take a stroll down the capital and experience its vibrant music scene. Remember, just like the limousine services in Houston, you can ride in style by hiring a company that provides said luxury vehicle. Nothing beats a limo ride when going to theaters, right? Another thing I want to raise is the eccentricity that Austin cultivates. Yes, they do celebrate theirummdifference. Bumper stickers and t-shirts, anyone? For the outdoor type, you can go rock climbing or mountaineering, take your pick. Just make sure that you're well assisted. Also, Austin boasts a handful galleries and tours (including Segway and ghost tours) that will cater the adventurous and the not so adventurous.
Back to the sea, again, let's take a dip in South Padre Island. The tropical paradise of the Lone Star State, that's South Padre! This place offers more than the activities for spring break crazy college students. With activities ranging from sailing to deep sea fishing to windsurfing to parasailing and jetskiing (the list goes on)---this island is certainly not just for college students. Note that there are two sides of the beach; one is for pure relaxing like laying on the fine sand and catching some rays (hopefully not UV rays). On the other side, you can enjoy the island by horse or by dune buggies. Be sure to go to the right side of the beach. Dont worry about accommodation, the southern tip of the island is covered by hotels and beachfront condos. If you want to avoid the rush, either book ahead or steer clear the island during spring break, thats March.
Here are just a few attractions that will entice you to visit the Texas. So I advise you the next time you plan a family trip, try Texas.
