Jim is One Devoted Hamilton Locksmith

Jim Bowen loves his profession. A devoted Hamilton locksmith for over 10 years, Jim has a strong work ethos, and feels passionately about providing excellent customer service. Usually, he gets up at 07:00, throws on a pair of overalls and an old padded checkered shirt, laces up his steel toe caps boots, and heads out to his van. He grabs a coffee on the go and heads to the store. Usually he will spend half of the day at the locksmith store and the other half of the day out on call-outs.
Jim is usually the first person at the store in the morning, and being the pedantic type, he like to tidy things up. ��I think that a tidy store helps us provide great customer service,�� says Jim. ��Sometimes customers are in a hurry, and they sure don��t want to waiting for a set of keys because we can��t find the right tool.��
Jim gets a great deal satisfaction from the range of services that he gets to provide as a GTA locksmith. He also loves call-outs. One of his favorite call-outs is to assist people who have locked themselves out of their homes of vehicles. ��I love helping people in need. It��s frustrating when you lock your vehicle with the keys in the ignition,�� Jim says sympathetically. ��We are all human, and people make mistakes,�� he adds. ��I am all too happy to help people get out of an awkward with a minimum of hassle. That��s what a Hamilton locksmith does��
The locksmith business has undergone many changes over the years. Whereas once locksmiths were dealt only with mechanical components and keys, nowadays they are expected to know how to install electronic security devices. Like other GTA locksmiths, Jim has learned how to install a variety of electronic security systems, such as cameras, intercom systems, and alarm systems. ��My number one priority is to make people feel safe at home,�� says Jim. ��So if they want a sophisticated intercom system, then that is what I will provide.��
Even though he feels confident installing sophisticated security solutions, Jim still views himself as a traditional Hamilton locksmith. ��I am a great believer in giving customers a sense of security through the good old time-tested and trusted solutions, such as good quality locks on doors and windows, and good quality garage doors.
Jim is confident that his locksmith skills will remain in demand in the future. ��Even though we live in an age of advanced technologies, there are always people who are in need of keys, or someone to help them because they left the keys in their vehicle. For that reason I will remain a local locksmith for years to come.
