Americans last in line to save on energy

There is something to be said about making decisions under a totalitarian government. It likely doesn��t take as long as it would for a person with an abundance of choices.
When such a government is also a benevolent one, then everybody wins. Even the environment.
On Thursday, April 24, CNN Money reported that ��Dubai��s royal family and United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed��plan to implement Ethos FR directly into Dubai��s state-owned fuel supply.��
The report attributes this to the fact that President Bin Zayed, is ��dedicated to the well-being of his people and the environment.��
Ethos, the product in question, is manufactured right here in the U.S. by a publicly traded company that has been around for 10 years. Yet, only few have heard of it, and even fewer are using it.
Outside the U.S., Ethos is receiving awards from governments and agencies worldwide. Aside from the agreement with the royal family in Dubai, for distribution of Ethos Fuel Reformulating products in Dubai and more than 20 other countries throughout the Middle East, Ethos has also received the Quality Award from the government of Mexico as well as applauds from African environmental agencies who praise the effectiveness of Ethos FR.
In the U.S. though, decisions have to be made on a personal level if Americans want to achieve the same effectiveness. As such, Ethos is now being used in the City of North Miami as part of their environmental plan, thanks to Mayor Kevin Burns and City Manager, Clarance Patterson. After treatment with Ethos FR?, the City of North Miami��s test vehicles showed a 12% improvement in fuel economy, and use of the Ethos product has been shown to reduce emissions up to 30% in similar testing. Thus a city the size of North Miami �� which currently uses approximately 300,000 gallons of fuel per year �� can reduce its harmful emissions by approximately 500 tons per year with the use of Ethos FR?.
Allied Waste Services of San Diego has received an Earth Day Corporate Award from the City of San Diego for what they had done for the environment. The company dramatically decreased fleet emissions by 71 percent, in part through the use of Ethos FR?. And thanks to the support of the Unser family, Ethos is the official fuel reformulator of the Firestone Indy Lights Series.
Will Wynn, mayor of Austin, TX, has been known to say: ��You can always count on Americans to do the right thing�� After they thoroughly exhausted every other alternatives.��
I want to believe that Americans just don��t know that there is another green alternative out there that not only saves them money on gas, but also cleans the air �C eliminating Carbon emissions.
I also want to believe that when Americans find out about this alternative, they��ll act just as the royal family of Dubai acted: they won��t wait for politicians to make up their minds, but they��ll vote with their money.
If the world��s largest oil producer is using Ethos directly in their pipelines, to save themselves some money and yet raising prices for everybody else it raises the question: What is America waiting for?
